Boxtruck gets peeled open and stuck at the 11foot8 bridge
The very hungry canopener claims a second truck in 4 days. They hit the bridge going pretty fast, and the truck was stuck for a while, but eventually they managed to wiggle it out from under the crash beam. As the truck heads out on Peabody St, you can see how the the canopener neatly sliced just a couple of inches (maybe 5cm?) off the front half of the box. This is crash #107 since April 2008.

So when are the electric traffic signals going in service? I haven’t checked here since March because I thought those signals would kill the 11foot8 fun. Any idea? They started in February, it’s almost June…
