Dumpster hits crashbeam at the 11foot8 bridge

I caught this footage on Feb. 24, 2014. A truck with a dumpster on the back goes under the trestle and the dumpster hits the crash beam that protects the trestle. Note that the posted clearance applies to the creash beam, which is the lowest part of the structure. It was measured at 11 feet and 10 inches at the crown of the road. BTW … this is the “missing” crash #70
